The worst customer service ever, intolerable for Japanese standards. We went there happy and excited for a hot meal and turned out very upset.
What happened:
We ordered our 3 meals and gave one of the staff our meal tickets. As we were waiting, happily chatting, we noticed that 2 people that sat down after us got served. We thought maybe it was because the order was different.
Soon 3 more people who sat down after us was served, we still got nothing, and no staff member was even looking at us even when they saw our puzzles looks towards the kitchen.
We asked the staff if our orders were ready and got a reply that we need to wait 5 more minutes. So we waited patiently, and the staff went to talk to the kitchen and it was clear that they were having a miscommunication.
They came back with 2 greasy tickets and asked us if that was our order. We said no, we ordered 3. They lost our tickets and completely missed our order and didn’t even apologize.
Minutes later we were served with a wrong order, and they tried to blame us saying that the tickets (which they clearly had lost) said that was our order. When we argued they gave us an attitude but reserved us the right order, again with no apology.
Our mood was totally ruined but we did finish the ramen. The taste wasn’t bad but this experience was awful - the single most awful experience we’ve had in Japan (we’ve visited the country more than 7 times).
Not one apology for their mistake until we left the shop. Very rude and unprofessional.

店員漏單死不承認也不道歉。比我們晚來的後面5組客人都在吃了我們還在乾等。店員完全不理會我們,主動詢問後才說還要等5分鐘,後來現場人員跟廚房人員確認半天,拿了兩張油油的票出來問我們是不是點這兩個,完全沒說一句抱歉。我們明明是3人點了三份。
後來餐點上了有一個上錯餐,我們反應後他們還說是票上就寫那樣(票他們不是弄丟剩兩張嗎???),而且我們很確定我們沒有按錯。店員用一種很不耐煩的態度把錯的餐點收回去,又等了幾分鐘正確的餐點才上齊。
從頭到尾沒有一句抱歉,態度還很差,服務業做成這樣真是長見識了!真的很雷
