Stayed here for one night and we loved it!
Booked a room with its own private bath, and that was definitely a winner. We enjoyed an evening bath after dinner, and also one in the morning to start the next day. Absolutely magical.
We also had dinner at the in house restaurant which was also amazing! This dinner was for my partner's birthday, the Kobe beef was perfect and just melted in our mouths.
It is a traditional Ryokan with all the mod-cons to make your stay comfortable. It is a short but steep walk here from the main town and station/bus stop, so definitely look into the hotel's free shuttle bus prior to your arrival.

Loved the location and exploring the small town. The hotel service is very good from my extremely limited experience, a credit to the Japanese culture.
Our room was comfortable and clean. It is a traditional Japanese hotel room. We had a wonderful meal at the hotel restaurant.
There are two traditional Japanese hot springs baths, a training video is provided if you are unfamiliar with the rules associated. But for us at least, it was just too much of a leap across the cultural divide and we used the room shower.

My wish was to include a stay in a ryokan during our trip to Japan. The Negiya Ryofukaku fulfilled my wishes completely.
The train/bus station is not far away, but the path is very steep, so it is an advantage to use the hotel's shuttle service.
We received a very warm and friendly welcome. The individual floors can be reached by elevator, there are steps in some areas.
The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Each room has its own name :) The beds were very comfortable and I was able to sleep well due to the peace and quiet.
We had a room with a bathtub in the garden, it was wonderful. There is also a bathroom for men and women and a private bathroom that you can reserve.
In the room there are yukata which you can wear for dinner and breakfast, it is very comfortable and looks cute.
For dinner we had the menu with meat and hotpot, it was very delicious and everything was lovingly prepared. The breakfast was equally wonderful and of high quality.
If you want to relax on a longer trip, you should definitely stop by here.

언덕 꼭대기에 있는 아름다운 료칸입니다. 서비스가 마치 대접받는 도련님이 된 것 같은 기분이 들 정도로 매우 최상급이며, 식사의 경우 아름다운 경치에서 최고의 일본식 식사를 즐길 수 있습니다. 온천물이 매우 좋아서 묵는 동안 세 번이나 다녀왔습니다. 킨노유가 나오는데 물이 꽤나 뜨거워서 만족스러웠습니다. 터미널과 주요 식당과 가까워서 편하게 놀았습니다. 가족들과 놀러오신다면, 이 고급지고 아름다운 료칸을 추천하고 싶습니다.
It is a beautiful ryokan on top of a hill. The service is so top-notch that you feel like you are being served, and you can enjoy the best Japanese meal in a beautiful scenery for the meal. The hot spring water was so good that I went there three times during my stay. I was satisfied with the kinno oil, and the water was quite hot. It was close to the terminal and the main restaurant, so I enjoyed it comfortably. If you come to visit with your family, I would recommend this luxurious and beautiful ryokan.
丘の頂上にある美しい旅館です。 サービスがまるでごちそうになったような気がするほどとても最上級で、食事の場合は美しい景色で最高の日本式食事を楽しめます。 温泉水が大好きで泊まっている間に3回も行ってきました。 金の湯が出ますが、水がかなり熱くて満足でした。 ターミナルや主要なレストランに近いので、気楽に遊びました。 ご家族で遊びに来られるのであれば、この高級で美しい旅館がおすすめです。

2024年３月家族の古希のお祝いに宿泊と食だけの参加で行きました。
お泊まり家族と帰る日帰り参加者の2パターン分かれてお宿にも相談をしました。とても快く相談に乗って頂き思い出の会となりました。
1番の絶賛はお食事が美味しい事
（全て料理長のオリジナルで真似の出来ないメニーが多く味がとても良かったです）
そして、有馬温泉ならではの芸妓さんを宴席に呼んで頂き舞や昔の乙な遊びを体験させてもらえた事
（旅館さんから申し込みをお願いしました）
日帰りもお風呂に入れてのんびりと過ごせました。
エレベーターも車椅子対応もされてますが、
有馬温泉のお宿は全体的に何処も高低差が有るので、ねぎやさんに限らず完全バリアフリーは厳しいと思います。
受け付けから途中日帰りのタクシーの手配やお迎え等フロントの対応も大変親切で、中居さんのお料理の説明までとても行き届いてました。
有馬は高いと言うイメージがありましたが、
コレだけの内容ならば、また有馬温泉に来よう‼️と思うお宿でした。
お祝いにもサプライズ（ちゃんちゃんこ）等もご用意頂きとても思い出になるお祝いとなりました。
