Super nice hotel with beautifully equipped rooms. If this is your first foray into Japanese hotel you are in luck. Super quiet rooms. And the toilet and bathrooms are very nice … with Toto toilet/washlet. The stay comes with a breakfast that’s pretty comprehensive and good. And will get you started on your day. Around the hotels there are plenty of other restaurants and stores including Lawson 7-11 and higher end delicatessen markets.

田町駅から徒歩10分、品川駅や浜松町駅まではタクシーで10分なので個人的にはとっても使いやすかったです！
館内は新しくとても清潔でした。大浴場はありませんがお部屋のお風呂が広くて快適でした。
全て自動機械で済むので手間がかからずスムーズに手続きできます。
電子レンジや製氷器、ロビーにはアメニティやウェルカムコーヒーがあり、必要なものは揃ってます。
周辺にはセブンイレブンやナチュラルローソンなどコンビニもありましたよ^_^

Hôtel proche du métro. Un grand choix de restaurants à 10 mn à pied. Chambre propre, confortable, petit déjeuner correct.
Le check in se fait sur des bornes automatiques alors que du personnel est présent à l'accueil. Surprenant mais pas compliqué.

Bigger-than-average rooms for Tokyo but quite a walk from Tamachi and Mita stations (would not recommend with heavy suitcases).
Our room was tidy but could have been cleaned better, as there was a train of dust going up the corner wall where the bed was pushed up against, a persistent brown ring around the basin drain (only half of it went away with scrubbing using one of the amenity toothbrushes) + I found a booger on the wall area next to the bed. 🤢
It’s still mostly decent since it wasn’t opened *that* long ago but design-wise it will likely not hold up to time, especially the wallpaper in the bathroom.
Reception staff was quite cold when we checked in, but giving the benefit of doubt because of the language barrier.
Amenities are by DHC which was a first out of the half a dozen hotels I stayed at across my trip — overall v decent, especially the bath powder which was quite lux. Also the only hotel that provided body lotion among their amenities so props.
There’s a Lawson, Natural Lawson (big love) and 7-ELEVEN in the vicinity, plus a gr8 Italian place only 3 minutes away.
Overall good value for what we paid but likely will not stay here again.

Es ist alles sauber und modern.
Das Hotel ist nicht auf internationale Gäste eingerichtet. Für 1 Person noch ok, da Bett nur von einer Seite zugänglich. Eine kleine Badewanne, die Duscharmatur fast auf dem Boden und keine Duschabtrennung; oder wird im ganzen Raum geduscht?
Es fehlt ein Schrank oder Ablagemöglichkeit. Kein kontinentales Frühstück. Ein Taxi für die Fahrt am frühen Morgen zum Flughafen konnte mir nicht besorgt werden.
