The atmosphere, service, and experience were top tier for us. We loved the concept so much and deeply appreciated the attention to detail!
The food was a bit of a miss in some areas. My partner ordered the mountain ramen bowl and it was topped with a beautiful assortment of greens, they looked lovely, but unfortunately tasted like weeds. It would’ve been nicer to have arugula or something more tasty on top! Both appetizers we got were just okay. Nothing I couldn’t live without. My bowl of ramen was the classic soy sauce bowl and it was to die for! Hearty, flavorful, not overly salty.
I would definitely recommend this place simply because of the experience & we really thought the pricing was quite reasonable as well for a Michelin star restaurant.

I’m a total TeamLab fanboy and anything that comes from or inspired by these creative geniuses will get my time and money!!! Thankfully, my schedule was flexible and I was able to score seats using the TableCheck app (highly recommend) for the next day! SCORE!!! When we arrived we caught a glimpse of the Reversible Rotation artwork and I was paralyzed with wonder. They were explaining how the ordering, seating, blah blah blah process works but all I could focus on were the wall sized screens of sorcery. It felt like someone was on the opposite side of the surface communicating through brush strokes and rotating art. When I finally came to, we were being guided to the seats closest to the screens. This was perfect as I wasted no time acclimating myself more and more with the walls but finally it was time to order I had to make some incredibly difficult decisions as everything looked delicious! After fierce discussions in my head I settled on the Gomi no Yuba rolls and the Mountain Herbs Ramen.
My decisions were perfect…for me. I recently found my long lost love in yuba. Being in Kyoto, yuba is one of its finest delicacies so naturally, I wanted to try Uzu’s version. Oh hell yeah, they were perfect.
Then the Mountain Herbs Ramen came out and it was almost way too pretty to eat. Legit, it was a piece of art placed in a bowl and I struggled for a good minute before I dug in. Not only did it look beautiful, it tasted beautiful! And yea beautiful is a flavor. Folks, don’t be afraid to slurp your noodles!!!! We were surrounded by other foreigners but they were way too shy to slurp their noodles! We ate our ramen noisily and it tasted better that way!
The only question I have is, how do I give Uzu 6 stars???

這家拉麵店必須先網路預約,不接現場客人。依時間報導後,店員會現在你的手腕上滴上精油,讓你閉眼聞著精油香味,澄淨心靈,配上餐廳及teamlabs 的音樂影像很特別。整間餐廳都是蔬食料理,在預約的時候也會提醒,另外吃五辛素的也可以在預約先提出來,會做調整(台灣很多人素食是不吃蔥、洋蔥類)。菜單有5種拉麵可以選擇,也有前菜,兩人以上建議可以點一份前菜來試試看。
這次吃的是味噌與抹茶結合的拉麵,上面還有烤洋蔥及點綴的辣椒絲,整體好吃不膩口,有味噌的濃郁豆香,又有抹茶的清新,搭配寬版拉麵,會一口接著一口停不下來
整體非常好吃又有趣!拉麵結合teamLabs的藝術展品,邊吃邊欣賞,視覺與味覺的饗宴!

餐廳的餐氣氛營造得非常好,不過,會是很拘謹的用餐環境,不是口味如預期的風味,嘗試一次是不錯的經驗。

麵條口感滑嫩帶有恰到好處的嚼勁,醬油為湯底卻不過於死鹹,很甘口香醇,與番茄搭配很有想法,就像在湖面上飄浮的花朵一樣

此款有辣度卻不會過於搶眼,嚐得到豆瓣醬與味增的風味,屬於偏重口味
壽司超級好吃💓多層次帶來的驚艷直接流口水🤤(一定要點)
最上層蓮藕吃得出食材的新鮮♡
中層是香菇與芥末鷹嘴豆泥,芥末溫柔的釋放不嗆口配上醋飯,每一口都覺得好幸福喔☺️
