除了位置佳、空間足夠、員工友善以外我不知道有什麼優點。
首先請不要被見房間照片給騙了！ 這家有分館，一個高級的一個破舊的。訂房網站的圖片都是用高級的。
房間的電視連WiFi都無法連結，也很破舊。插座少。 洗衣機內部污垢多。但空間是很夠的
員工都很友善！但是晚上的櫃台英語能力真的要好一點。連基本的都只能溝通30%。 日文不精通不要來！

Home away from home. The staff are polite, go out of their way to be helpful, and will work around your schedule for things like cleaning or towel drop off. Rooms are super comfortable, clean, and easy to use. We slept as well as when we're on our own beds at home. Located in a great part of Akasaka, close to many good restaurants, shops, combini, and parks. Lots of taxis roaming around and close to several metro entrance. We'll be back for sure.

赤坂にこんな広い客室があるなんて！
ミニキッチン、洗濯機つき、ソファあり、クローゼットもバスルームゆったり、もはや家のように快適に過ごしました。
海外のホテルにいる気分になれました。
なんだかお部屋の香りも海外風の香りがした気がします。(とりあえず臭い、とかはなかったです)
アメニティ類も困ることなく揃っていて、荷物は少なくて済みます。
お水も1本ついてました。
また、ルームウェアの着心地が良かったです。
ホテル向かいには朝8時半からオープンしているコーヒースタンドもあるので、便利！
赤坂に泊まる時はまたここにします。

The room is not the greatest but it’s a good price. Window view of a wall. And the room’s latch was installed backwards so didn’t work. But it was clean. Fridge hidden beneath closet shelf. What made it was the service. Front desk and room cleaners were very nice and were amazing in accommodating requests. Asked for extra blankets to pad the flat couch that acted as a 2nd bed for third person. Worked out well. Because it’s located in a backstreet with bars and saunas, nightlife can get a little loud outside late at night but not too bad. The best thing about it for us, again, was the service. (And it was close to Akasaka Bakery). Laundry room on 4th floor only has two machines (washer/dryer) so you might have to wait for others.

Huge rooms including the living room space. Kitchen area is good too if you want to be prepared to cook. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
Probably due a refurb soon but was decent enough for us.
