The staff attitude and service is bad, can’t communicate even in basic English. Our check out time is at 10am, I asked can I check out at 11 when I check in. The staff said it’s okay no problem, but didn't mention that there was a charge even I've asked several times. However, at 10:20 the next day, a staff called to the room and urge us to go down to check out, I explained many times, they kept me waiting on phone and just keep on repeated that I need to pay 2000 yen to check out at 11 o'clock. The entire call lasted about 15 minutes, and eventually the staff just hung up without saying anything. When I went down to check out, the front desk put the calculator in front of me and said that I need to pay 2,000 yen for the late check-out time. I explained once again that when I checked in, your colleague said it was okay so I checked out at 11. The explanation they gave me is because he is not good at English, he misunderstood you, please pay it. What does that mean? I have to take responsibility for your mistakes now? So is it mean that if there is any problem with the enquiries of all foreign travellers, you can just say because we are not good at English? Also, I requested them to check CCTV and prove that their colleagues had made this commitment, they went into the office and came out again within a minute and told me our colleagues hadn't. So, you checked CCTV less than a minute? I'm sure my conversation with their colleagues lasted at least 5 minutes. Does it make sense? They even said please speak Japanese when I tried to keep communicate with them. Is this an attitude of a 3-star hotel should be?
酒店態度差,辦事敷衍,基本英語也溝通不到,以後不會再選擇。酒店退房時間是早上10點,入住時詢問能否可以晚1小時,即11點才退房。酒店前台說沒問題,但沒提到有費用收取。已經問了好幾遍,再三確認是可以才離開。但是隔天的10點20多分,酒店前台卻打電話到房間催促我們下去辦理退房,我和前台多番解釋,他們就讓我一直在等待和不斷重覆你需要繳費2000日元就可以11點退房,根本聽不懂我說甚麼,完全溝通不了。整個通話持續了15分鐘左右,最後前台甚至解決方案都沒提出就直接掛斷電話。到下去退房時候,前台直接把計算機放到我面前說要繳2000日元的延遲退房時間的費用。我再一次解釋是我入住時你們的前台同事說沒問題我才11點退房。他們給出的解釋就是他英語不好誤會了你的意思,我們酒店是沒有免費延遲,請你繳費。那你們的錯誤現在就要顧客來承擔嗎?所以是所有外國旅客的查詢一但有甚麼問題你們就說同事英語不好?讓他們去查看CCTV証明他們同事真的有承諾過,他們轉身進去辦公室,不到1分鐘的時間就出來跟我說我們同事沒這樣說過。請問你們看CCTV用不到1分鐘就找好看完嗎?我相信我跟你們同事的對話也不止1分鐘。敷衍也不要這麼明顯吧。溝通到最後時前台甚至說出Please speak Japanese。請問這樣的服務態度是一間3星酒店該有的水平嗎?

La nostra camera era un po' piccola però c'era tutto quello che serve, inoltre alla reception ci sono diversi prodotti monodose. Ottimo il servizio navetta verso Disneyland e la stazione. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile

フロント受付の対応はとても良かったです
駐車場の元気なおじいちゃんたちに、丁寧なメガネをかけた女性の接客
お部屋も広くて旦那も満足してました
ただお部屋にあった茶色いソファーベットが危ないので撤去した方がいいと思います!
ソファーの状態の時に座るところのクッション性がなくぺったんこになっていて
座るところの骨組みがもろに出てます
子供がフワフワなソファーだと思ってかけよったらそこに膝をぶつけて泣いてしまいました。私も普通に座るには痛かったです
旦那もソファーに横になったらバランスが悪くソファーごと後ろにひっくり返ってました
あれにはビックリしました
ソファーの生地もなんか湿ってる感じであまりよくなかったです
あとは冷凍庫があれば夏場はディズニー凍らした飲み物持って行けるのにな~と思いました
長くなってしまいましたがフロントの接客は普通によかっです
