Large family rooms, particularly on the ocean view side. Don't waste your time with park views because they are blocked by the new Fantasy Springs hotel and the rooms are smaller. Great kids amenities, bunks and in room features. Buffet breakfast is well stocked with omelette egg and kids stations. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lawson is cheap and well stocked. Railway bus is regular, clean and quick. Gym is large and well equipped. Just as good as a Disney hotel.

The rooms are great, a bit pricey, but worth it. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety. The only two issues were the outrageous charges to use the pool - this is a kid friendly hotel with no pool use available without an absurd fee. The other issue is the laundry. We used two dryers for one load and used 5 dry cycles for a total of one hour and 15 minutes to try and dry one half load of laundry. We have clothes hanging in the room... even socks. Like really, the dryers are totally useless and just suck away money. That said, the staff are all great, most can use some English for those that can't speak Japanese, the place is clean - immaculate even. Very convenient too Disney Tokyo and Maihama Station, so pretty much you have full train access to Tokyo within 30 minutes. Nice hotel overall, but the issues with the pool use and dryers lose a star. Fix that for your guests and you can't be beat.

We had an amazing stay here! The staff were very professional and accommodating to us. Everyone made little gestures to show their appreciation to Gold/Diamond members which I feel made our stay feel just much more comfortable. The rooms had a gorgeous view of Tokyo Bay and there was not a single irregularity throughout our stay. The shuttle service to Maihama Station was very helpful and drivers were very courteous. Overall, highly recommended even if you were not staying here for Disneyland.

Such a lovely hotel. They made the experience so nice for my children and it was very comfortable. Close to Disney and pretty much next door to the Toy Story hotel for half the price! Excellent service as well. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay. The team there was outstanding. We were on the Executive Floor and enjoyed the quiet up there and access to the lounge for breakfast and in the evening. Food and drink selection in the lounge was great and we always found something good there. The hotel offered great access to the Disney Parks. That looks like it will only get better when Fantasy Springs opens. There will then be a gate to Disney Sea just across the street from the hotel. Only complaint was that we couldn’t lower the temp in our room at night. It seems that the AC was not working enabled. We were able to crack a window and that helped.
