Have Yen ¥ on you they do not take card. It is a little bit over priced and there is maybe 2 things that a child under 3 years old can do. Great for kids 6-10 years old. Bring your own drinks, lunch, and snacks. Today we tried the soft cream it was not that tasty. The ultra man bento box wasn’t too bad but seemed to be cooked in the same old oil. If you or your children love Ultraman or Sylvain Rabbits then you will enjoy this park even more.
Getting their have ¥520 for toll road to enter and ¥1200 for parking. Buy your tickets online or from convenient store prior to coming for discount tickets.

This amusement park is great for littles and has great views of Mt. Fuji.
The rides are for children 100cm and above. The park is split into two themes, Sylvanian Family and Ultraman.
A small contained park, no crazy fast rides.

Amusement park looks old, totally different from internet site.
If you are in a lucky day, you can see Mt. Fuji.
Very expensive. 2000¥ only at parking lot.

Kawaii and a bit kitschy, Grinpa was a fun visit. Located at the bottom of Mt. Fuji, on a clear day the views alone are worth admission. Like many Japanese amusement parks, one can pay just an admission fee and then pay a la carte for rides/experiences or buy a pass to do everything. On a weekday with preschool and younger, admission only is the way to go. The Sylvanian Family village is fun for littles and the scattered critters throughout the park are adorable. There is an indoor play place that is roomy with lots to do for under 5. The upper amusement level of the park has fair/carnival rides as well as obstacle course type things.
