The broth here is beef bone, which is quite rare in this area. The beef stock is less creamy than pork bone, and much thicker. There are a few tables, but mostly counter space.

The sticky soup made from beef bones didn't suit me at all. The taste is delicious.
I don't think it's suitable for people who don't like the owner's constant interference with how they eat. However, it tastes even better if you eat it as instructed, so if you don't mind this, you should listen.

Visited on a weekday evening.
The store was about half to 3/4 full.
The store's parking lot is nearby.
Now, I bought the Beef Bone Beef Flavor from the ticket machine.
The rice bowl is ready in about 5 minutes.
Is it the store manager? carefully taught me how to eat it.
First, take a sip of the soup. It's a rich but light soup, probably close to my family's. It's an addictive feeling.
But it's not as heavy as my family's, and I wonder if beef bones are like this...
The noodles are not that thick, just a little thinner than medium thick. It permeates through my tired body.
What's more, the chef's recommendation is to sprinkle white rice with pepper and stir it in with the soup using a spoon.
Normally, I never pair ramen with rice, but this one is addictive.
You should definitely try it.

Thick and rich soup!
At first glance, it reminds me of a family tree, but this one is made from beef bones.
The first time I ate beef bone ramen was in Tottori, and I was impressed by the clear soup and gentle richness, but this one was as muddy as pork bone ramen.
Even though it's rich, it's still made from beef bones, so it has a nice, gentle flavor that spreads in your mouth, and it's delicious!
I'm not persistent and drink a little more soup.
The noodles are smooth and thick, but they stick together well due to the thickness of the soup.
Although there wasn't a long line, there were a lot of customers coming in, so it was almost full.
Cash only
There seems to be a parking lot, but there are a few regulars who park right on the sidewalk in front of the store.

Visited for the first time in about 10 years.
This is a restaurant I used to come to when I lived in Higashi Ward, Nagoya, and was addicted to it.
This time I came from Tokyo to try this ramen and had the Hida flavor.
The toppings were the same as in the past, and the taste was a bit muddy, but the beef had a great flavor.
It felt a little salty, but maybe it's because I'm old because it's been a while.
I'm glad the owner seemed to be doing well.
