Brand new superior Hotel with the best buffet lunch ever experienced. Everything is thought through from slippers to flip-flops. Even bath Salt and hair band es provided in the room. Beautiful ocean view from all balconies. Only noises of airplanes remind you of the real world outside pamper paradise. Best hotel experience I have ever experienced for a reasonably affordable price. Amazing staff too - special love to Xavier who made the amazing dining experience even better. Thank you all so much for these memorable days! PS I love your flip-flop present! Great idea, also will make sure I'll always want to come back each time I wear them at home.

Luo Pan

The hotel was wonderful. It had great ocean views and spacious rooms. The location was good too. There were bus routes from this hotel to the airport. We had a little bit of difficulty in communication with the staff here, but they were patient and very nice, which made everything smooth.

It's popular with families, so it's difficult to relax. But overall, I'm satisfied. This was my first time at a resort. I was surprised to see so many kids. Lots of screaming and running under your feet. It would be nice if there was an adult only pool, or adult only swimming hours. Towels are supplied. The hotel property is new, beautiful, and well-maintained. There are many staff. The dinner show was fun and my mom enjoyed her spa treatment. The gym is okay, with treadmills and weights but it's close to the pool so the bathroom is wet. The hours are only 8-20 so it's difficult to train before breakfast or after dinner. The private beach is also nice. The sand is fine but there are many corals, so you have to keep your feet covered. I don't know how this compares to other beaches on the island. The location is good, and easy to get to from the airport or downtown Naha. This means there is a regular hum from planes but I didn't mind. Breakfast was wonderful, with Okinawan, Japanese, and Western options. The mackerel was especially delicious. Lunch and dinner options are not good. There is only one affordable restaurant that must be reserved months in advance. Thankfully there are noodles available at the hotel shop. I recommend packing some lunchboxes. Much of the pool seating is locked because it requires additional payment. It doesn't create a welcoming feeling. I bought four nights, at about 275 USD per night, during Golden Week. I don't think it's worth paying more.

No free shuttle, bad beach and also worst hotel rule policies we ever experienced. Can't recommend this "Resort". It should be a 3* and not 5*! Only the rooms and the view and the breakfast were amazing. You can't use the pools and the ocean after 6PM. It's not allowed and if you ask why, they will talk to you in Japanese, so you don't understand anything. There are too many guards like in a prison. Worst Resort I ever have been and I was in over 20!

Went there for the holiday buffet on 26 December 2023. ¥5000 per adult. I expected to eat Turkey, Steak and other food to make me jump for joy. There was more seafood and selections from different countries. Most of the dishes I've never heard of so I decided to try a little bit of everything. Unfortunately most of the dishes I wasn't able to eat and left my plate mostly full. The Shark fin soup was great as well as something that looked like beef stew. The crepe and dessert section was the best part of the buffet. The variety was outstanding and the taste was awesome. The staff was very nice and kept coming by to keep the table clear. In conclusion, the holiday season buffet should have a selection that highlights the season with side dishes. ¥5000 per adult and ¥2200-¥1200 for teens and below is steep for food you can't eat. I would recommend going to see if it pleases your taste buds.
