Experience Atami's "nighttime face" at the goldfish ramen shop

A hidden gem in the alley with the aroma of seafood

Atami has been a famous hot spring resort since ancient times, known for its hot springs and seafood, making it a popular tourist destination. However, its charm is not limited to the daytime. In the bustle of the night, a unique gourmet shop sits quietly in a secluded alley.

Perfect late-night finale with exquisite ramen

"KINMEMARU 2nd" is an old goldfish ramen shop beloved by locals. The soup is flavored with goldfish, and its rich flavor is its characteristic. The insistence on thin noodles is also exceptional.

Not only is it the perfect finale after drinking, but with its late-night opening, you can also enjoy exquisite ramen in the night of Atami. Stepping into the shop, you can enjoy this exquisite ramen in a slightly tipsy mood.

Interior exuding a foreign atmosphere and spicy dishes

The interior has a warm wood-tone decor, creating an open atmosphere. However, the shop is actually run by a shop owner from Indonesia, exuding a shop full of foreign atmosphere.

The menu also includes unique dishes with Indonesian spices. For those not accustomed to spicy flavors, caution is necessary, but you can also enjoy the stimulating taste.

Conclusion

Enjoy exquisite ramen in the hidden gem shop in the alley, and the interior full of foreign atmosphere. After experiencing the bustle of Atami night, why not end a beautiful night here. It is a mature hidden gem shop that allows you to feel its different side in the evening.

Personally me and the lads prefer a nice thick Tonkotsu ramen. Atami don’t do that. This however was still lovely. It’s got the juice. Big Nigel loved it. 4 stars because I wanted more meat. I love meat in my mouth.

I visited this restaurant for the first time because I was convinced that this is the best ramen after getting drunk in Atami. Both the soup and noodles were to my liking and were surprisingly thicker than I expected from Kimmera ramen. I'm glad it's open until late at night.

The seafood stock was effective, but it was too salty for me. Sweat I think it's okay if you eat it at the end of drinking alcohol. I'm sure it's a matter of personal preference, but I think the noodles were a little disappointing...thin noodles are hard to come by.
