The Hirado City Shigetsu-cho Museum / Island Museum is a museum located in Shigetsu-cho, Hirado City, Nagasaki Prefecture. This area was once home to Japan's largest whaling group and was also the center of activity for hidden Christians. Through exhibitions, you can learn about the history and culture of Hirado.
