Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel is a fantastic accommodation facility where adults and children alike can immerse themselves in the dream world of Toy Story. The view from the entrance is filled with a sense of reality, as if coming out of an animation. In addition to enjoying photo opportunities with life-sized characters like Woody and Buzz, there is also a luxurious space in the courtyard that only hotel guests can enter, allowing you to indulge in photography.

I haven’t stayed at this hotel yet so definitely will update this later however this is my experience with respect to the booking. Booking is straight forward just go on website however I’m not sure because this is a new hotel (reading others it’s a year old?) but bookings only open roughly 4 months in advance so highly recommend checking the booking tool when your date becomes available! I was just lucky to be able to get a bay room however I wanted the square room which you get the view of the toys square back area and bay view. If you don’t book when it becomes available don’t be surprised if you can’t book it later because I’ve checked dates after my check in and just crazy it literally gets all booked which just shows this hotel is very high in demand. Now the reason why I have 4 stars is because I wanted to ask a question about the difference in rooms. Whilst I had to go through email contact to get a reply, essentially it is hard trying to contact reception when the phone is all Japanese and no English. Now when you call it does state press 9 but then it still goes to some automated message in Japanese which obviously I won’t be able to understand. The email rep advised press 9 then 4 (of course during weekdays business hours) but this gets to more automated Japanese and then hangs up.. my advise to hotel is to update your phone messaging so English customers can understand and speak to someone at reception. Thank goodness I’m getting a reply via email for now. EDIT: it takes about 3-5 business days for them to respond via email fyi Looking forward next year coming to this hotel. Oh in terms of cost for 2 nights in March 2024 for a bay room it was ¥89,000 as a reference

Enjoyed every single minute of my stay here at Toy Story Hotel! In awe with the entire building, playgrounds and ambience - it’s just perfect!! Rooms are well-designed and very spacious as well! Will definitely be back here if I am headed to Disney. Note: Toy Story Hotel allows happy entry to Disneyland only!

Wonderful experience staying in this hotel Definitely living up to its name - Happiest Place On Earth Appreciate how they pay attention to little details and strive to serve the best to the customer. Highly recommended if you’re going to Disneyland Park as they would offer you the Early Entry Pass to enter the park slightly earlier than Public A place where happiness is found :)

It was truly a memorable stay for us at this Toy Story hotel! Loved all the little details such as the Woody slippers with Andy’s name scrolled on the bottom. They also provided children’s buzz light year pajamas for the kids. Housekeeping was fantastic and our room was always clean and comfortable upon our return from Disneyland. We also enjoyed their buffet breakfast at Lotso’s Cafe. Other guests complaining about staff having to check your ID to make sure you have reservations at Toy Story Hotel, I actually really appreciate this extra security because it keeps people from just wandering onto hotel grounds to take photos and hang out.

Superb places.. have a play ground just for hotel guest. They will check your hotel confirmation just to go inside.. But this is nice.. because it will make the play ground not to crowded
