Awesome hotel, even when not expensive it's very well thought and equipped with fancy and high tech details. Extremely clean and close to the subway station. The view of Tokyo tower is one of the best you can find, and right in your own and comfortable balcony. Exceeded all my expectations, will recommend and will come back.

We were very satisfied with our stay for 7 nights here, the staff was polite and friendly, we had no issues communicating in English. I love that they have a washing machine that is also a dryer in the room, and they even provide a free bottle of laundry liquid! They definitely made it a lot easier for us to do the laundry while we were stuffed by shopping, visiting Tokyo city. Absolutely amazing idea x

An excellent stay for my 5 nights in Tokyo. Convenient to go most places we wanted to cover but away from crowds and bustle. I was initially worried about the size and noise mentioned in other reviews but it was definitely big enough for a family of 3 with 2 big and 2 cabin luggages… and the noises were pretty normal in Japan anyway. Free breakfast was a very nice touch even if the food was simple. The staff had great command of English and were professional & helpful. Kitchenette equipment were of high quality and washer and dryer were important for us as we needed to get laundry done. They also cleaned the room everyday unless you didn’t want them to and they would give you 500yen in return. I much prefer this arrangement than the other way round. This place really had everything, was super clean, and I highly recommend it!

This is a very modern and clean hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. The location is transit-friendly as there are metro stations and bus stops within 5 minutes of walking. There are also a good selection of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The hotel serves a simple breakfast buffet. It might be too simple for some but it was sufficient for us. The eating area is a nice place to sit in the morning. I love the fact that there’s a balcony in the room to get some fresh air and we can see Tokyo tower from there. I wish the room was bigger so it’s easier to walk around the beds. The in-suite washing and drying machine took a long time, much longer than the regular North America cycle. During our stay, the hotel offered a gift voucher of like 500 yen for each day that you choose to not need room cleaning. So we were able to use that at the convenience stores.

Hotel was great. I am not sure why, but they charged me more because i apparently didn't have my child selected when i booked on expedia. Probably expedia's fault and the yen is so weak, the amount was probably less than $200 usd so i wasn't too bothered. they gave my daughter a crib and brought in an extra bed for us. The rooms are great and the appliances work well. There is a tablet in the room to show you how to use things in the room. I ended up buying some wagyu and cooking us dinner. The large refrigerator was great, i was able to go across the street to Nissin and fill it with fruits and ice cream for my kids. This was my first trip to tokyo with an in room washer/dryer and it made things so much easier for us. Had we known that it would work so well, i would have packed way less clothes. Our room was on the 6th floor so it had a great view of tokyo tower being lit up nightly. Would try to stay here again, but it looks like they book up very quickly.
