The store is small but stylish. I ordered chicken paitan ramen with salt. It's a little pricey, but the soup and chicken chashu were delicious. It was interesting to see how the thin noodles were a little hard at the beginning of eating, but softened by the end. First comes the ginger and point card.

At another ramen shop, I had the experience that when I ordered a large bowl, the flavor was bland and the noodles continued to spread and were not delicious. I'm sure this was done to prevent something like that from happening. It's in the back of the picture, but the seasonal yuzu ramen was delicious😁 It had a very strong yuzu scent and went well with the soup.
