I don’t have an enough impression to actually write a review since we were here for partaking a third party foodie event. This place was a chartered venue for that.
Besides the supper course buffet went fine with exotic Turkish plates and the host’s informative talks, the ambience inside and the interior also went great with the event theme, “Turkish Mayhane”. The foods coming up to the buffet tables were fine, too, though they were supposed to have been prepared by the host (a world music’s critic and foodie), not by the restaurant chefs.
Not much to say about the staff and the service in general since there were barely conversation or interaction with them other than they were replenishing buffet dishes.
Well, I think they were supposed to be able to willingly serve us with smile and converse words, now I suppose that kind of “semi-silent treatment” was the restaurant’s standard protocol for their atmosphere setting as “Bohemian hideouts”. Hope I’m right about it.
From its best location with dark but glaring image, this place should be worth visiting for once or twice, but weekend evenings could be crowded or chartered full-house, so scouting may be necessary.

Positives: I do like that you can bring Pets if you sit outside. And they brought a water bowl out too. It’s hard to find pet friendly places in Japan so this is a big plus. The Chicken Tandoori was good and flavorful . There is non traditional belly dancing. Nice ambiance.
Negatives: Like many of the other reviews my experience was similar, the customer service was lacking. I really wanted to try the hookah so I ordered it, but the server forgot to bring the hookah and my beverage. I reminded him of the beverage when he came out with the food. I thought maybe we needed to wait a little bit longer for hookah. By the time we were done eating, they still hadn’t brought the hookah. When I went to pay I had to remind them they never brought the shisha but it’s still on the bill. The cashier was apologetic however our server didn’t say anything. The server also tried to sit us away from other people and I thought, it was because I have my dog, but it was very cold, and we were in a corner away from the heaters. Another server (female) noticed that we were trying to look for our server and she allowed us to move. I think there is good customer service from over servers, but maybe the some need more training or was having a bad night.

Absolutely terrible service. We were seated at the back of the restaurant in pitch darkness, making it very difficult to read the menus, and waiting staff were of little help. When my drink eventually arrived, the waitress gave it to the wrong person, and made no attempt to correct the mistake, leaving me wondering where my drink had gone. When my food arrived, there was no proper cutlery, and after various additional requests (water, pepper) the waitress developed an attitude. Finally, we were informed that unless we paid our bill by 10:00, the price would go up by 10%—despite the fact that we had already finished eating and drinking. (Never come across this system before.) All-in-all, a fairly miserable pre-Christmas night out. Won't be coming back.

Fantastic place; we loved the ambience. The inside seating is comfortable for families with babies; the music was great and not too loud. We recommend trying the crème brûlée and hummus with olives and garlic bread. The flavor left our taste buds wanting for more!

If you are a sheesha place, how come you dont serve sheesha before 5?! Is the charcoal asleep?!!
you are not allowed to add some items from the main menu other than what is mentioned in the lunch set,
I like the open seating place, i have been here twice, but will never be back.
You should learn how to make a good customer service before you open a restaurant or a cafe.
Staff is not welcoming and some of them are rude.
Will never be back although i like the place.
