Hospital is recently renovated, so it looks nice and new. Process is quite organised. In front of doctors’ offices are bar code readers. Patients can just scan their codes and wait for their turns. When done, patients scan bar code at a paying machine, then pay by cash or card. Super automated process.

known to be one of the best hospitals in Japan. Many japanese celebrities supposedly go to this hospital as well. this hospital was renovated in 2019, so it looks much better and newer now. If you have some serious conditions or concerns, this one is a safe bet. Only the downside is that they still do not have wifi.

Had a little accident last July, was refused treatment when I rushed to ER with mouth full of blood. Told to call X number and it was never picked up. Finally I called 119 which saved my life. And I’m a tax payer registered in Minato-ku with one of the best insurance companies in Kantou area. Big fat lol

The staff at the reception is useless, those two women’s at the general information cannot be more useless. Hospital in japan are pretty lame in general, you can be in several pain and they still asking you stupid questions.

Do not come here if you don’t want to waste your precious time. “Make an appointment to see the doctor” means nothing here. The doctor asked my father to schedule a follow up appointment at 1pm on a Thursday the following month. We arrived at the hospital at 12:45pm, checked in, waited two hours, finally got seen at 3pm. There was no explanation for the long wait at all. The doctor sent us out in 5mins. Go to a better hospital, don’t waste your time here.
