Stepping inside the store, you'll be surrounded by a retro atmosphere with a variety of sundries and signs. The small interior with predominantly counter seats feels as if time has stood still.
The master, single-handedly managing the kitchen, captivates onlookers as he silently stir-fries the vegetables. After a short wait, black pepper is sprinkled, and the miso ramen is ready.
The bright red miso soup is filled with bean sprouts, onions, seaweed, bamboo shoots, egg, and roasted pork, making it rich in ingredients. With each sip, the mild yet robust flavor of the miso spreads. The soup is light yet allows you to savor the old-fashioned and simple taste.
