Used several times. Last time I had chicken soba, this time I had shrimp. The chicken is rich and the noodles are straight and slightly thick. The noodles are delicious with the soup. At first I thought the amount was a bit small, but the flavor was so strong that my satiety center was satisfied in the end. Shrimp is really shrimp! is. It's like drinking shrimp.

This is an original ramen restaurant in Shimonoseki, where tonkotsu is the best. It's stylish. The taste is delicious, inheriting Toriichishin from Buzenda. Although it's chicken-based, it doesn't have that sticky taste that I felt with Tenka Ichi. We don't miss out on carefully researched flavors, so be sure to come visit us with her.
You can pay in advance at the vending machine.

Actually, salted tonkotsu is also delicious. I prefer salty pork bones to sweet ones, so this creamy white soup has just the right amount of salt. The pure white soup that has been carefully prepared without the rough edges of the tonkotsu is a true French-style masterpiece.

Unlike back then, there are no part-time workers anymore, and the store manager seems to be busy all by himself. I feel tired and in a bad mood. I've always been a quiet person. However, I don't want the taste of the Meiji Restoration to be lost, so I want them to come to the store, make a lot of money, and get their part-time jobs back.

I always passed by the store, but this was my first time going in.
First, there is a pattern of purchasing ramen from a ticket vending machine.
I thought it would have made a better impression if the general had spoken to customers, such as customer service.
I ordered normal ramen.
Light salt ramen: 680 yen
White pork bone ramen: 750 yen
I think it was delicious, but the atmosphere changes depending on what you say when you enter the restaurant.

I visited in mid-September 2023. I entered the store casually as I was going to a nearby store. Before entering the store, I was a little worried because the front of the store was not well maintained, but after eating it, I was satisfied. There is a meal ticket system, so you show your meal ticket at the kitchen counter, get your own cold drink, and go to your favorite seat. This time, I ordered white pork bone, chicken skin gyoza, and Chinese spring rolls. Creamy and mild pork bone. You'll be very satisfied with the juicy gyoza and chewy spring rolls.

Visited the store based on Google Maps data. The store's name is pronounced Menya Kore. As soon as you enter the store, you will find a waiting seat, which will lead you straight to the ticket vending machine.
There are six seats for two people inside, two of which can accommodate four people. Four people can sit at the counter, and six people can sit at the central table. It's good that the hand washing area is separate from the toilet. The toilet is also spacious and clean.
This time I ordered salt ramen for 680 yen and chicken soba sibire (flower pepper) for 830 yen. Salt ramen is a ramen with an addictive flavor that allows you to enjoy the salty taste. I was very impressed with the double chashu pork belly and chicken ham.
Chicken soba sibire (flower pepper) is a chicken soup-based soup with thickly melted Japanese pepper, and as the name suggests, it has an interesting sensation of numbness on your tongue when you eat it. It's not unbearably spicy, but mildly spicy and delicious.
This restaurant has a variety of other menu items, so if I lived nearby, I would definitely come back here. However, when looking for the store for the first time, the signboard is small, so it would be a good idea to use the ramen nobori as a landmark.
