This is my second time using it. The bath is separate, so take your time.
You can stretch out your tired legs from walking around in Tokyo, and they also have some bath salts, which is great.
However, the hot water in the shower suddenly turned cold, which was a bit disappointing.
There were plenty of amenities, including a hair iron and sanitary napkins in the room. I think this is a great point for women.
There is a microwave in the room, so you can use it to heat up breakfast, etc.
There was a Lawson (more like a supermarket than a convenience store) right next door, so it was pouring down, but I was glad I could get an umbrella right away.
*Umbrella rental service is also available.
I want to use it again.

The room is very large. I thought I was cleaning the room properly, but at night I found chatter beetles on my desk. I searched the bed and floor and found over 10 chat beetles. It was really disgusting. There was no one at the front desk, so I called the staff and canceled the hotel. I paid 15,000 yen and went to another hotel to evacuate at 2pm. It was a good hotel except for the insects. However, there were a lot of insects, so I'm sure the hotel staff would know. I threw away a lot of my luggage and will never go to this hotel again!

I think it's great because it's relatively close to the station and the route is easy.
It's in a great location, 2 stations from Shinagawa, where the Shinkansen stops, and above all, it's safe. It's very quiet.
As others have said, the hotel has a love hotel feel to it, but the staff have a nice and calm atmosphere, and above all, the amenities are amazing.
There were lotions, emulsions, face washes, cleansers, and even sanitary products.
I don't know of any hotel that even provides sanitary products, so I thought it was really nice.
There was also a hair straightener and microwave in the room, so I was able to heat up things I bought at a convenience store right in the room, which I found very convenient.
Drinking water was also available, and maybe because there were only two of us, there was a 2 liter bottle of water in the fridge.
On the way to the hotel, there is a 7-Eleven near Tamachi Station and a Lawson 100 next to the hotel, so if you are missing something, you can buy it right away.
There were two types of shampoos: unscented and commercially available (LUX as of January 2023).
The rooms are clean, and although it's a simple hotel, I get the impression that it's a nice place to stay without any hesitation.
I can occasionally hear sounds from outside, such as footprints, but I can't hear any sounds or voices.
When I wanted to leave my luggage before check-in, the reception desk started at 13:30, which I felt was a bit inconvenient if I wanted to leave my luggage for sightseeing in the morning.
In my case, I used the coin locker inside the Tamachi Station ticket gate.
I would definitely like to stay here when staying in Tokyo.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and I think the cost performance is very high. It was a drastic move to only have staff at the front desk from 14:00 to 23:00, but as long as there was no need to change the check-out time, I didn't think it would be a problem. There are plenty of amenities, and there is a free coffee server in the lobby on the first floor. I looked for contact information to change my check-out time in the morning, but I couldn't find it...When I went downstairs to check, I found the contact information for Hokkaido written on the signboard at the entrance.

This hotel is located in a quiet apartment block, about 5 minutes walk from Tamachi Station.
Directions are to exit the south exit of the station, cross the bridge, turn left, and go straight, so you won't get lost.
There is a 100 yen Lawson in front of you, so it's a good idea to follow the landmark.
It was a little inconvenient that the staff was only available from 2:00pm to 11:00pm, and if they were not available, you had to call them using the intercom, but the amenities were plentiful and all-you-can-drink coffee (on the 1st floor) (coffee machine, drip coffee), ◎.
I was staying alone, but I also had an Irohasu 2L, so it felt very cozy.
The room felt more like an apartment than a hotel, but it was spacious and comfortable.
It also comes with an air purifier, so you can feel safe even in this day and age.
The room key was numbered.
What was a little disappointing was that there was a bit of a strange smell coming from the bathroom, and when I turned on the hot water, I thought I had adjusted the temperature and amount of water, but when I checked later, it had changed, so I had a hard time.
Other than that, there were no particular problems and I was able to spend a relatively comfortable time.
