Onepongi Park in Nakano City is a historic park that preserves the old Nakano Elementary School building from the Meiji era. It has a retro school building and an English garden, and a rose festival will be held from late May to early June.

From palm-sized to mini roses, a variety of rose species bloom in full glory. The beauty of rain-drenched petals is also another charm. During the rose festival, there are also stalls, creating a lively atmosphere.

Onepongi Park is a pet-friendly park. Outside of the rose festival period, you can freely take a leisurely walk with your pets. The availability of a free parking lot is convenient.
