We had a great stay at the Mira Costa. The room was very plush and comfortable as you would expect at this price point. The staff were great and, although it doesn’t sound like a ling time, the 15 minutes extra in the park in the morning really give you the edge when it comes to getting on the rides you want to go on. We went to Disney Sea with our extra time. It would seem that to use it to the most advantage, get over to Soarin’ and get in the queue for that as that is the most popular attraction. All the usual Japanese stuff is included such as slippers and pyjamas plus all the toiletries etc. We were in a party of two adults and two kids and a pull out bed was provided in our twin double room. Would recommend.

Gorgeous hotel and location at the Disney Sea. Amazing view. We stayed here only for a night and it was worth it, not having to travel after walking the entire day at the park. The check in time was very late, but the lounge offers free drinks, with cocktails after 5 and some refreshments which was great. Had a terrace suite which was beautiful.

My husband and I stayed at Mira Costa hotel for two nights, in our opinion it is not worth the money that you spend! The 15 minute early entry into the park was a big perk and helped us get a really good head start to the day. However outside of this perk, the value for money is not there for this hotel. We paid 61,000 yen per night for a standard room ($610 AUD per night) this does not include entry into the park and does not include breakfast. The breakfast is 4,000 yen per person ($40AUD) and did not have a large variety of western options; the only eggs were scrambled and looked and tasted as if they were from a powder mix. There was no pancake or waffles available at breakfast either; which you would expect at $40 per person. Room service at 8pm had a 2+hour wait time, so we went to bed the first night without eating dinner. The TV only had cable tv and Disney channel available, it was not a smart TV so you couldn’t cast from your phone. There is limited options for food walking distance from the hotel (outside of the park which you need a ticket to enter), so if you don’t have a reservation at one of the hotel restaurants you may be stuck. Overall the room was a bit outdated for what you pay. Staff are friendly, no complaints on service level.

Hotel is beautiful, rooms large and in a perfect location. HOWEVER if you don’t get “lucky” and miss out on breakfast, lunch and dinner reservations they tell you just to order room service which have no options (especially for breakfast). There is nowhere to grab something quick to eat and nowhere to get a drink after a long day at the park. Soooo if you just want a beautiful hotel and get nothing else for $500 USD this is your place.

Nicely themed hotel, with a lot of the Disney’s great looking “fake” luxury theming. Unfortunately the experience is very much ruined by the check in processes and other “limitations”, such as the private park entrance not opening until 1 hour after the normal park entrance. What’s the point? Staff seems nice, but if you don’t speak Japanese they won’t care to give you any sort of info. You’ll feel left behind and sit alone in darkness. Asking everyone what should you do and where to go.
