Absolutely amazing. Front desk and cleaning staff are kind and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. We didn’t need our room cleaned at all during our stay, but clean towels/pajamas/etc. were left at our door every day. There’s a 7/11 right out front. 2 mins walk to the nearest train station, 10 mins walk to Akihabara. Lots of food options around the area. Overall 10/10!!

Great location, extraordinary service. They would clean your room every day, leave clean towels, sheets, bath robes and new toothbrushes every day. They didn’t charge us for late check out.
Location is great, just two stops from main train station Tokyo. And most importantly prices are very reasonable.

Only spent one night here on a transfer out of Tokyo. Hotel has easy access to Tokyo station for the Shinkansen and within walking distance to Akihabara. Staff are friendly and rooms were clean, though small/cosy. However we understood this before we came and was more than adequate. Beds were comfortable. Free coffee and water in the lobby, as well as access to a washing machine/dryer combo on level 2, for 500yen. You need 100yen coins, but reception can change for you. This was very handy. Happy to recommend, as the price was very reasonable.

great location to explore, right by entrance to trains. small room(to be expected), plenty of towels & very comfortable. 7-11 across street. loved it, would stay again.

Great place to be, rooms are perfectly equipped. The staff is very nice and always helpful and the place is right next to Akihabara if you're interested in that. Also several subway lines are available just around the corner, which will take you anywhere you want to go in Tokyo, and the Kanda station just 5min walk away.
I'm checking out now, the Shinjuku Toei line is right here to take me to Narita Airport.
When I come back to visit Tokyo I will definitely try to get a room here again.
