Noodles: Stiff and too short. I can't stir up soup.
Soup: It's not store-cooked, so the flavor is shallow.
service

The female clerk touches her hair while working, which is unhygienic.
The garlic jar had obviously not been washed for several months and was discolored.

It may be a comfortable store for high school students in the surrounding area.

It's next to the station, so I was curious. When I handed over my meal ticket, he casually asked me my preferences and asked for less oil and a lighter flavor. The noodles were rich and chewy and delicious. For a warm ramen on a cold day, I went back and had the salt special. The slightly chewy chashu pork is soaked in the soup to create a flavorful soup.

It's a taste that I like quite a lot, and if I specify a strong flavor, I feel that the saltiness increases rather than the flavor being strong. When you order char siu men, the char siu completely covers the soup.
Not only the seaweed and rice, but also this char siu, which has a super business-like feel, goes well with rice, but during lunch time, small rice is free, so it's a good idea to aim for this time, but since it's not much, I added 50 yen for normal rice. It's better, and if you don't ask, they won't come out (they won't ask you things like "Do you want rice?").
The seaweed doesn't seem to be of very high quality, and the part that comes in contact with the soup will dissolve into the soup within a few minutes.
Normally, it seems to be a little hard boiled, so if you ask for the hard option, it might be too hard.
The female clerk inside the store seems to be Chinese, and Chinese is spoken all over the store.Personally, I don't mind that, but I think she's a little too talkative. However, that's not the problem; there are almost no measures against the coronavirus, and the counter... There is no corona shield at all, and there is a small piece of transparent plastic hanging between the counter and the kitchen, but this is probably to prevent water from splashing in the water area, so it probably has nothing to do with corona, and there is rubbing alcohol on the table. I couldn't find anything like that, so what's the point of talking all the time in this state?
It's a pork bone soy sauce that doesn't stray too far from Ichi-kei, and even among the Ichi-kei soups, it has a wide range of creaminess in a good sense, so I quite like this soup. I can appreciate that the amount of noodles doesn't have a stingy smell, but I feel like all the toppings are clumped together. The spinach turned into blocks, probably because I pinched it with tongs.
Despite the harsh reviews, I personally don't think it's bad, and although I wouldn't recommend it to others, I personally think I'll go there again.

A family-run ramen shop located 1 minute walk from Keikyu Nokendai Station. The owner seems to be from Machida Shoten, which is expanding rapidly.
I visited the store right after it opened on a weekday and was the first customer. I ordered normal soy sauce tonkotsu ramen (700 yen) from the ticket vending machine.
Although the noodles were medium thick and chewy, I couldn't really taste the wheat. Also, since the noodles are short, the slurping speed is not good. I think it could have been a little longer.
The soup is creamy pork bone. There is a sundou in the store, but it didn't smell like pork bones at all. Although it claims to be "soy sauce tonkotsu," I feel that neither soy sauce nor tonkotsu are very strong.
I couldn't find anything noteworthy about the toppings either.
The price (700 yen) is reasonable, but I thought it was worth the price.

This afternoon, I visited Kanazawaya Nokendai branch for the first time.
Purchase a meal ticket from the ticket vending machine right after entering.
Since it was my first visit, I bought a Kanazawaya special meal ticket, which bears the store's name, and when I handed it to the staff, I told them my preferences and took a seat.
The seating consists of an L-shaped counter and two tables.
It's a little small and cramped.
Water is self-service, and I like that there is a pot of water on the counter so you don't have to go to the water dispenser.
The ramen that was completed after a while was exactly what the family had made.
The creamy soup is delicious and different from the direct version. I added lots of garlic and customized it to my liking.
The customer service and customer service may be continental, but the ramen was delicious, so I would like to try a different menu next time.
