I ended up here looking for some Jiro style ramen on my way home from golf. Around 6pm, no wait. I happened to meet Mr. Hta lol The noodles are not wavy noodles, but thick, smooth and chewy homemade noodles, which I like! Soy sauce ramen 300g meat and vegetable dish with lots of fat + 2 pieces of fried chicken. It was delicious, and the soy sauce wasn't too strong, but it mixed well with the noodles. The pork belly was thinly sliced and tasteless, but the bean sprouts and soup were just right. I guess the price is a little high. I want to try Tsukemen too. If you go without looking for the real Jiro type, you'll be satisfied.
