We recently had a two night stay at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Tokyo with 2 adults and our 2 children (5yo). We had a luxury suite which was huge (~100m2) and was very well maintained - better than most other similar hotels we have stayed in. The check-in process and subsequent customer service was very good, and the hotel is very well situated with amazing views from our suite on the 51st floor. The only disappointment was that the pool and lobby lounge were both out of action for maintenance, with no compensation made to guests. With a booking well in advance we would have appreciated an earlier notification and some form of goodwill gesture to make up for it - especially with kids in tow. That said, this was still a very good experience and we would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay with the beautiful scenery and the hospitality. It seems like they have a lot of surprise plans. I would like to stay at this hotel again on a special occasion. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious.

The Ritz is our FAVORITE hotels. We have been to several in the United States, and this is our first here in Japan. They are over and beyond wonderful. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The service is extremely top-notch. The club lounge is Immaculate. The view of Tokyo from the club lounge to our room is just breathtaking. It's sad we can't see Mt. Fiji today due to the weather, but it's still so perfect. We can still see the beautiful cherry blossoms. We are enjoying our stay and hope to visit with the Tokyo Ritz again soon!

We stayed the weekend for my wife’s birthday and the staff definitely takes customer service to the next level - Top Notch service. We reserved the King Deluxe King on the 53rd floor and the room was phenomenal as well as the view. This was the same floor that the Club Lounge is located which made it extremely convenient and accessible. Haku Vodka martinis were on point as well!!! We will definitely reserve this room again and a huge thanks to the staff for helping me make my wife’s birthday a memorable one.

Came with my girlfriend and while we only managed to stay 2 nights this is easily the best hotel we’ve ever been in. The styling is a bit dated, but the actual amenities are great and we slept like babies at night. The entirety of the staff was also exceptionally helpful. Any person we talked to was easy to hold a conversation with and their recommendations did not disappoint.
