Went on a Monday evening, staff is responsive and helpful even we can’t speak Japanese. Ambience of the restaurant is cozy. Ordered the Tsukemen, the flavor is very well balanced, noodles are very well cooked and the Char Siew pork is super tender. The patrons are mainly locals, which is a good indication of the food quality. Highly recommended, do try out this spot if you are in Nagoya

I went to this store for the first time in a year! I remember being very satisfied with the taste a year ago. However, I think the price was high. And this time I visited, and first of all, the atmosphere was very nice😘❤️This time I ordered the [Special Tanreihiyashi] listed on the signboard for 1,280 yen. It was very delicious, but it wasn't as impressive as it was a year ago. This image shows the actual product you ordered. that? Did you notice? That's right...I didn't have any char siu lol Is this a mistake by the store? Or is it a menu item that wasn't originally included?

I wanted to eat Sunday lunch, so I decided to walk around Kasugai Station! There are no restaurants where you can eat lunch. What's going on at Kasugai Station? Sorry, the only one open To Mr. Sash I don't like tsukemen, but when I looked at the menu sign outside the store, We have salt ramen! so I ordered the special salt ramen♪ I was reluctant to enter the store, so I waited without expecting much. I came early. When I saw it, hmm! It's a visual you can look forward to. As expected, proper salt ramen! I finally found a decent salt ramen in Kasugai. I would have liked a little more flavor, but it was pretty close to ideal. The refreshing soup, chewy thin noodles, chicken and pork chashu, menma, green onions, boiled eggs, and seaweed all tasted great. I noticed later that there was yuzu pepper on the counter. Next time, if you add yuzu pepper, it will tighten up the flavor and make it more to your liking. It would be nice if they served it a little hotter.

For the Chinese noodles, the seafood broth is neither too strong nor too weak, just right. The noodles are thin and chewy. Salt soba is very mild and the sweetness of the salt spreads as soon as it hits your mouth. The rare char siu bowl will be irresistible for rare lovers. I received the special tsukemen. The price is a little high compared to other ramen shops, but considering the quality, it was reasonable. The chashu was very delicious. Even with an average serving of noodles, there was enough to fill me up, so be careful when ordering a large serving. I received an additional side dish, but it was normal. The person in the kitchen was sneezing in front of the pot without wearing a mask, which gave me a negative impression of being unsanitary. It wasn't a pleasant meal. Please note that there is only paid parking available.
