The place is in a great location (super central and a 2 minute walk to a central train station) Surrounded by restaurants and busy and thriving at night! Beds comfy and we had no issues with the temperature. The rooms are very tiny but that’s what is to be expected in central Tokyo. The only downside was if you wanted an early night after lots of travelling the in house movies were a bit pricey and hard to navigate. Basic but did the job.

Rooms are small, but compared to other hotels the planning is good so it felt bigger. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Cute free evening snack donuts were available and the toffee one is so good! It’s really close to the metro and there are loads of restaurants around.

Although this hotel is located at a convenient place nearby major metro station, I cannot say have a good experience about the hotel room with below reasons 1) Small room: understand hotel rooms are small in Tokyo so i do not have negative feedback 2) cleanliness: Just acceptable in overall. Most notable thing is that the filter of air purifier was full of dust. 3) Lights: not enough lamps at room that make myself uncomfortable 4) Noise: Can hear the noice of the street clearly

Compared to The-B-Ginza, this is smaller, but still nice to stay here. Never been to A*A hotel as their known as a famous hotel chain, but I think the-B is bigger (or it depends on each branch?) and better (at least from their two branches I've had stay). The location is very strategic, near station and surrounds by restaurant, drug store, and big camera. The room is clean. The amenities are complete enough. I think they served complimentary donuts, I saw it at one night from my 5 night stay, but it's gone superquickly and never saw it again 🤣 This branch use bathub on their bathroom (some other branches use shower). Pros: - strategic location - small room, but good arrangement - nice and helpful staff - cleanliness: 5/5 - (small part) antifog mirror Cons: - no locker room provided (the-b-ginza has it) - one of their pillow is quite hard 😂

Great location in Minato -Tokyo. Lots of eating and shopping bear by and just a short walk to the subway station. Still its a quite location - where it sits in a side street. I even let the kids go home alone when me and my wife enjoy a bottle of wine at an restaurant. Breakfast in the nearby cafeteria. Limited selection but what you get is good. The rooms are small, very small and with limited storage space. No place for big suitcases. Cleaning is OK. It is rated as a 3-start and thats maybe correct. 3+ and maybe a seperate extra start for location ? I do recomend it.
