Kazunori Yoshihara (ITTOKU)
There was a food ticket machine right at the entrance and also in the back! Apparently, when you purchase a meal ticket, it is automatically accepted, so you don't have to give it to anyone and wait 😊
When the ticket number flashed on the monitor and there was a voice prompt, I went to pick it up!
The recent PA is amazing...
Black soy sauce ramen🍜(850 yen), taste was average!
The seaweed and toppings with pork, menma, spinach, green onions and tomobe printed on them were also normal!!
Since the soup is simple, we recommend adding the minced garlic that is placed at the receiver.
Next time, try a different menu!

I ate black soy sauce ramen at the 24-hour food court in Tokiwa Dotomobe SA. It was quite delicious ramen. It's even better if you add some chopped garlic from the counter.

Tomobe SA (inbound) on the Joban Expressway is a service area with the theme of ``The Sea of Hitachi'' and a lively space designed with the image of samurai residences and storehouses where you can encounter the rich blessings of Hitachi. NEXCO
Inside the facility, there is "Tama no Kura," which serves dishes made with carefully selected ingredients from Ibaraki and Michinoku, and "Uo no Kura," which specializes in fish that is rare in SA, such as set meals using dried fish sent directly from Oarai's famous restaurant "Moritora Himonokan." ``Kura'', ``Niku no Kura'', which serves rice bowls and tonkatsu made with Ibaraki's brand-name pork ``Tsukuba Mibuta'', ``Kona no Kura'', a restaurant specializing in ramen, udon, and soba, and ``Kona no Kura'', where you can enjoy natto curry, fresh salads, and more. "Na no Kura," "Oyatsu no Kura," which serves coffee, etc., "Convenience Store Kura," "Tomabe Bakery," "Tokiwaji Kuradori," "Omede Taiyaki Honpo," and "Starbucks Coffee." .
"Kona no Kura" is a ramen, udon, and soba specialty restaurant where you can enjoy original noodles made with local flour and soup made with traditional soy sauce from the long-established local Ohashi Soy Sauce.
When I visited around 12:00 on a holiday, the SA was busy. When you purchase your ticket from a ticket vending machine, your ticket will include a number and the words "Your order has been placed. Please wait in your seat." A system where orders are placed directly from the ticket vending machine to the kitchen. After a while, a number will be posted on a monitor hanging from the ceiling.
*Tomobe's country curry Himokawa udon 860 yen
Himokawa is a thin, flat noodle that is a local dish from Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture. There was also a wider variety called "Konosu Kawahaba Udon" from Saitama Prefecture, but I wonder if there was one in Ibaraki as well? .
When you think of curry udon roux, you think of it as yellow and opaque, but this one is transparent like soup curry. Root vegetables such as carrots and taro are also cut into large pieces. When you take a bite of the soup, it has a light and spicy taste. The udon is also chewy, and although it's not your average curry udon, it's definitely delicious. This is a hit.

I ordered Tomobe black soy sauce ramen and shimi shio ramen.
Shijimi salt ramen...
The clams are almost a decoration... There were 10? Like... Not some (special product) large clam! ! Just a small grain! !
What is this cost-effectiveness? ?
Not at all! ! (;´д`)Tohoho…
The black soy sauce ramen was better! (Cost-effectiveness)
The taste of shijimi salt ramen? ? teeth
Just salt! ! (It only tastes like freshwater clams because it contains freshwater clams.)
Look! ! Real clam juice is cloudy! This ramen is so transparent...
Black soy sauce ramen...
It happens often! ! It's different from black ramen!
Did you make it with dark soy sauce? ? Because it's soy sauce ramen...
For better or for worse! ! It's a normal soy sauce ramen...just the taste of the soy sauce is a little different.

I ordered the Tomobe black soy sauce natto ramen and mini green onion chashu bowl.
There are food samples in front of the ticket vending machine, but there are so many menus that you won't know the full story until you stand in front of the ticket vending machine. Therefore, many customers start their selection at the ticket vending machine, and the line waiting to order is always long.
If you buy a meal ticket, your order will be placed automatically, so the waiting time after purchasing the ticket seemed short.
The black soy sauce natto ramen contains as much ground natto as you can get. There might be about 2 packs of regular natto.
In addition to the ladle, it also comes with a slotted spoon, so you don't have to worry about missing any natto.
By the way, chopped garlic is also available at the pick-up counter.
Since they didn't have a large serving, I ordered a mini green onion chashu bowl, but this was a bit of a disappointment considering the price.
If you want to eat a lot, try double the amount of ramen. However, it is almost twice the price.
