An exquisite experience. It totally elevated my standards of how should a 5-star experience feel like. The food was amazing. Best fish, and ribs I've ever had in my life. The service was also very warm and comfortable. You should definitely make a reservation beforehand, in our case, we had to make a reservation for 3 days prior to our date.

Chaotic, disorganized, and untrained. These are the words I would use to describe the TERRIBLE SERVICE our group recieved. Our group pre-ordered appetizers, and it took 45 minutes for the appetizers to arrive. They refused to take our entree order until after the appetizers came out (why?), and the entrees took another 45 minutes. 90 MINUTES of waiting before our meal. 2 people did not get their meals. No offer for refunds. Worst dining experience in my 4 years in Japan. Shame because the food is tasty and the venue is nice, but the service is terrible. Do NOT recommend.

I've been here many times for lunch on weekdays. On weekdays, this place gets very crowded and won't take a resevation. So come here before little bit before 12. Food itself is not bad. Just atmosphere is not perfect place for let's say on a date or quiet time with family. Staffs are busy that if you might need to wait quite a bit to order.(Asked for water several times and waited for 15mins).

Small portions, served cold and low quality. Oblivious waitstaff. Waited 45 minutes for our main on a course menu. Then the pasta course arrived at the same time. Worst dining I’ve had in Tokyo for years. Avoid.
