Overall, I felt that abura soba was a new style of ramen. The rich flavor and generous amount of ingredients make this a satisfying dish, and I think it's a must-try dish for ramen lovers. It was so delicious that I wanted to eat it again. However, I was concerned about the garbage in front of the store... The service wasn't very good either, which was a shame as the food was good.

Kirinji, an abura soba restaurant, is located one minute from the ticket gate of Hankyu Minamigata Station. This time I ordered all of the abura soba. It also has plenty of chashu. Add chili oil and vinegar, mix and complete. The taste is delicious. However, the regular portion was a bit lacking in volume, so I added rice halfway through. You can enjoy it twice by pouring the leftover soup over rice. I had the impression that many abura soba restaurants tend to have large bowls of noodles, so I think the cost performance is a little low. But the main thing is that the taste is delicious, so I have no complaints.

I've seen it in many places, but this was my first visit. Add chili oil and vinegar while hot and mix. This is a common way to eat abura soba. There's extra spicy miso and grated garlic on the table, so you can change the flavor as you go.

The taste is average. Since it's a new store, the inside of the store feels clean, but it's a little uncomfortable because it's small. Since it's abura soba, I think the turnover rate is high, but all the customers eat quickly and leave quickly.
