This is a restaurant where the deliciousness is determined by the chef💖 This is a restaurant that I would like to give a five star overall rating. However, it is very disappointing that the taste is completely different depending on the chef 😅 Even though I had come to the store feeling good, I ended up feeling terrible when I encountered a person who was unfriendly to me. The nigiri made by a chef who understands your tastes will make you happy❗️ It's a restaurant that depends on the personality of the chef and his skill.

It's reasonably priced and very easy to get into. The chefs are also very easy to talk to, and I get the impression that there are many regular customers. I love tuna and seaweed, so I always eat Tekka-maki or Toro Taku-maki. When I have a bit of extra money in my wallet, I sometimes indulge in a sashimi platter. I visited around 1:30pm on a weekday, so it was empty, so I was able to eat at a leisurely pace. Ordered S for lunch and a la carte. For a la carte, we have today's recommended grilled horse mackerel, Seki mackerel, sardine, and golden sea bream. Others include nigiri of red shellfish, lean tuna, and medium fatty tuna. Everything was delicious, especially the grilled sardines and golden sea bream. This is a rare restaurant where you can eat at a reasonable price and with peace of mind, as the food is prepared by a craftsman at the counter.

I used it for a banquet during the day on a holiday. The quality of the sashimi and sushi is as expected. The tuna, shrimp, and salmon roe were especially delicious. I think the banquet hall on the third floor used to have cushions, but now they have been replaced with chairs. There have been holes in the walls and sliding doors for a long time, but I was relieved to see that nothing had changed.
