I give it 4.5 because the onsen experience at the 9F was spectacular. A great view of the bay and the sunrise. The spring was hot and clean. The breakfast definitely above average. The room onsen was a bit small but still nice. The bed a bit hard. But over all I give it 4.5 for the hot spring experience.

Good hotel, great staff. Checked in 28.08.2023 There is parking, very comfortable, clean room. Onsen on the balcony, everything is provided for bath procedures. Breakfast at the hotel for all tastes for both children and adults, as well as suitable for vegetarians. The hotel is located on the coastline, there are many restaurants and shops nearby, everything is very convenient.

Room was spacious, clean, and well lit. Toilet bowl and sink were on opposite sides of the room so it's quite troublesome to wash hands. Wooden floor is quite slippery with socks or room slippers on barefoot is highly recommend.

The servant treated us badly. When we left the room late about 20 minutes, they said get out to us and asked for 1000 yen each. Anyway i strongly don’t recommend this hotel!!!

Nice onsen hotel - very nice outside Cyprus bath in the room, roof onsen with nice view on the hills and Atami castle, easy to reach from Tokyo.
