I had an incredibly disheartening experience at Jumanji33. Despite being a fully-transitioned transgender woman with all my identification documents in order, the treatment I received was appalling and discriminatory. Upon attempting to enter, the bouncer, and later the owner, accused me of being a man, solely based on my height. Their words were not only derogatory but deeply disrespectful, telling me, "You just don't want to pay, right? Get out of here, you gay." This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but goes against the very essence of inclusivity and respect for individual identity. I went to dozens of clubs during my stay in Tokyo, but this was by far the most horrible experience I ever had.

The bouncer stole my jacket, I had to negociate one hour to get it back, even offering some money for it. When I got it, he took all my card. 50$ worth of card, plus two weeks stuck in Tokyo. Club to avoid, at any cost 👎

Been here multiple times and never had a bad time till last night. I usually just go with my friends who are just girls but I brought one of my guy friends there (who is Japanese) and they ripped him off. My friend gave the bouncer ¥10000 (the entrance fee is ¥2000) and the bouncer refused to give him back his change. When he asked for his change back they kicked us out.

I went with my bestfriend and my boyfriend during halloween weekend and me and my friend got in fine because girls get in for free but my boyfriend had to pay ¥2000 yen but he handed the man ¥10,000 and the guy did not give him back any change and when my boyfriend asked for his change the guy told all of us to leave. When we told staff they completely ignored us and just told us to go back inside !!?? My boyfriend is Japanese and i’m half but my friend is american so i do not know if that is why they tried to scam us and steal my boyfriends money. I loved coming here until that happened, i do not recommend it here anymore. They will steal your money and will treat you unfairly if you have foreigners or half people in your group.

Entry fee was 1200 yen with… free drinks! Great atmosphere, clearly more well suited to a younger audience. Fun and trashy time if that’s what you’re into
