This was such a great experience as a family of westerners who wanted to enjoy an onsen without having to deal with "everything" one might normally see at an onsen. There was a large outdoor family-friendly section of the facility that allowed/required bathing suits and had several different pools of varying heat. Afterwards, we were able find something to eat without ever leaving the facility. Highly recommend! Wish we had found it earlier in our trip because we would have been repeat customers.

Loved my visit to this wonderful onsen. It was easy walking distance from the Hyatt Regency. Huge facility with wonderful baths, both indoor and outdoor. It was a little bit cool and breezy that day, but if I got too cool, it was easy to slip into the hot bath outdoors. I visited during a weekday, so it wasn't very crowded and I had much of the area to myself Afterwards, showered and got dressed walked around to see the rest of the facility. There are a few restaurants and a large lounging area to just relax. I decided to have lunch there and I had not tried tonkatsu curry rice on this Holiday, so I ordered that and enjoyed it very much. They made it very easy to order, because there was a vending machine at the front of the restaurant to place my order and receive my ticket to give to the kitchen staff. I can't wait to go back and I'll definitely go back the next time. I stay in Urayasu!

I don't think they provide those pretty kimono anymore. There are 13 pools according to their website for hot bath which require you to wear bathing suit. There is also a hot spring which you will have to be naked. We only tried the hot bath, which is nested in a beautiful bush setting with music. We visited at night so it was very relaxing. There are a few restaurants for you to eat if you are hungry. There is no private changing room, so everyone seems to get changed in front of people. It was a very relaxing experience and the service has been very helpful.

On February 6, 2024, we took the shuttle bus and arrived at 7:50pm. We provided tickets purchased online, but the service staff did not inform us that the hot spring will be closed at 9pm because 2/6 is a maintenance day. When we finished dinner, it was already past 9pm and we could not use the hot spring at all. When we asked the service staff, the service staff said this is the guest's responsibility. Guests should pay attention to the business hours themselves. The service staff did not have the responsibility to inform guests. Such poor service resulted in us paying the fee but not using the hot spring at all. It was a completely bad service and experience.

This place is superb. The indoor onsen and out door onsen is just a good balance for relaxing and enjoying the cure of nature. Tooooooo sad that the government wants to take back the land and it will close at just this June.
