Since I started eating this rice bread I don't eat wheat bread. The chewy texture is addictive. It's so delicious that I can't eat any other wheat bread and I eat it every morning. Preservation is frozen. When ready to eat, add lentils and bake in the oven. Since I started eating it, I look forward to it every morning.
