The inside of the store is bright and very comfortable. The new menu pizzatta tastes just like real pizza and is just the right size, so we recommend it. When I asked for a refill of my coffee, I was greeted with a smile, which made me want to come back again.

I used Misdo's online order for the first time, but the service was the worst. Even though I had made a reservation the day before, when I went to pick it up at 11am on the day, the box hadn't even been packed yet, and it was as if they had forgotten about it. I had to wait so long that there was no point in ordering online, which was very unpleasant. What's more, the person who made the inside had packaged it in the box, so the box and bag were still dirty when they were handed to me. It was so crowded that I didn't want to complain because I was tired of complaining. If you are going to order online, I would like you to understand the process properly. I will never use Misdo's online ordering again. It's usually faster to line up at the store.
