Had the spicy tsukemen and chashu rice both had very good volume and very filling. Yuzu accent in the soup was nice. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Have been back several times and this time had the “black” ramen with the chashu rice. Noodles are the very Fat kind and very filling. Ramen comes in 4 sizes at prices of 600, 700, 800 and 900yen. The 700yen ramen and 200yen chashu rice was more food than I could finish. Amazingly good cost performance and absolutely delicious!

Frankly speaking, this is the best Ramen bar within walking distance from my place and you would never ever regret even if your take trains to get here. My humble request, please know but do not come here because I hate to wait in line…

Despite the chef being slow and sometimes sloppy with orders, I genuinely liked to go because it tasted very good! However, since the menu changed I can't understand why such a change in the ramen taste... Broth is super thick, tasted weak. I couldn't finish it. I'll go again if the menu gets back to the classic niboshi style...

2023/10 I received ramen black. The soup is made with dark soy sauce and tamari soy sauce, making it rich but easy to drink. The aroma of grilled and dried sardines oil was also present. Personally, I was worried that the soy sauce on the chashu and menma was a bit sweet. The handmade noodles had a wheat feel and had a chewy texture. There was a chinois in the store, so I think they use it for the soup as well. The soup was rich but had a nice texture and was delicious. Next time, I would definitely like to try the super rich chicken soba. 2024/2/1 Added I had the super rich chicken soba (special). Is it more like bean paste than soup as the name suggests? I thought it would be gel-like and collagenous and heavy, but it wasn't at all. The soup is light and easy to eat, and there is no smell. Is it veggie pota? It was an easy-to-eat bowl with good flavor and sauce. The noodles are medium thick and have a strong presence, so they match well. The impression is that it has transcended the chicken genre a little. The chashu is soft and not greasy and easy to eat. It was a surprising cup.
