Stayed in May 2024 Didn’t expect anything since Kashihara is on the map looks like a small town, but it turns out the hotel and Kashihara itself are very enjoyable. The location is just right beside the Kashihara station and in a 100 meter radius of 7-11 and several restaurants. Hotel facilities: We stayed in a Japanese style room. The room is quite large for Japan’s city standard and actually 4 persons could stayed in there. There are mini fridge, electric kettle, air purifier, pant presser, bathroom with a bathub and hairdryer available. We also got a welcome amenities of local snacks prepared in the room and provided with access to lounge with a decent choices of drinks and bites. The hotel itself has an indoor hot spring, the facility is very well maintain and clean, but since we stayed on weekend is could be quite crowded. Daily cleaning service or towels and yukata replacements Very fast check in and check out Overall experience is a very enjoyable stay, I would return again if I ever comeback to Kashihara

The public spaces are nice enough. Restaurant was nice, excellent food & service. Breakfast was nice with tons of options. Room was dated, not clean and had horrible musty/cigarette smoke smell. Windows were not openable and a/c was weak. Beds were very hard. Room was large. Wife enjoyed a massage in onsen. I would not stay here again though due to the rooms.

Loved it. Great location to visit the Kashihara-jingu. Only a short easy walk away from the station. The lobby was spacious and beautiful. There is a big store selling local food products and souvenirs on the right side of the lobby. We stayed in a tatami room. Although dated, it was in tip top condition. We slept very well. The communal hot spring in the basement floor was also nice. Modern pajamas were provided. You could wear it to the hot spring. Next, the breakfast was the highlight of our stay. There was wide variety. We had fun trying a little of almost everything. Sadly, we missed the pretty dessert. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Room this time spacious, once again, but cleanliness leaves to desire. Base come to a stage where the hotel rooms definitely would need a refurbishment... And we got a room ending in -43, nick is right on the side of the train tracks. Try to get a low number, away from the noise of passing trains! Very good the hot spring bath in the basement.
