No. 8 ramen is good because it doesn't have a strong taste and you can eat plenty of vegetables. The shrimp gyoza contained plump shrimp.

I've eaten a lot of different types of ramen, but I think No. 8, which has its roots in the local area, best suits the tastes of people in Fukui. The taste changes subtly and deliciously every year, and you can feel the invisible efforts of the company. Seasonal spicy vegetable ramen and tomato vegetable ramen are also delicious. Also, the robot serves the food at the table, which is fun.

No. 8 Ramen I knew on TV I've never eaten it because I don't have it nearby, but when I went on a trip to Fukui, I saw it everywhere! If it's a chain like this, it's bound to be delicious! That's what I thought, so I stopped by. Speaking of No. 8 ramen, they said it was vegetable ramen, so it was vegetable chaashi. Char siu served with plenty of vegetables The kamaboko number 8 that was riding a little was cute. The noodles were thick and delicious. The soup is neither too thin nor too thick, just the right taste for me (miso flavor) We had delicious. It has a familiar taste that makes you want to eat it again. If I had a fuller stomach, I would have liked to try other things. When I go to Fukui again, I would like to stop by No. 8 Ramen somewhere!
