This is a rare non-tonkotsu ramen shop in Fukuoka. The menu consists of 3 types: soy sauce, salt, and miso, plus onigiri and boiled eggs with butter. I ordered soy sauce and my friend ordered miso butter. It was a light yet rich soy sauce ramen. Last time I came, I also had miso and salt, and both were of pretty good quality. Prices are mostly in the 800 yen range, but it's definitely worth it. Payment is cash only Previously, the parking lot was only available in front of the store, but now it is now possible to park in the parking lot between the post office and the store next door, making it much easier to park. Repeat is required!

Miso butter ramen was super delicious! ! The grandmothers who are making the food have wonderful smiles and the atmosphere is great! ! The miso ramen wasn't too heavy, so I drank the entire soup in no time. Personally, I think I like it better than Ogura! ! !

I had high expectations because the star rating was high and there were only a few ramen items on the signboard, but the miso ramen was refreshing to say the least. Personally, I feel that the taste is very bland, probably because the hot water is usually sweet, but it doesn't mix well with the noodles. The rice type is only rice balls. Also, there were three of us, and all three of us found the noodles to be lumpy and hard. I have eaten there all over the country, but this is my second ramen shop after the one in Akihabara run by a foreigner who seems to be an amateur. I guess it got a high star because it was surrounded by pork bones, but I was quite disappointed considering the star rating. Yamaokaya, which is right in front of you, is a chain restaurant, but you can rest assured that you can eat at any of the restaurants as the taste is consistent.

This is Taiyoken, a ramen restaurant that will soon celebrate its 50th anniversary in Wakamatsu. It is very popular locally, but I have to say that I think the balance between the amount of noodles and ingredients is not good. The char siu and Chinese bamboo are good, but the presence of the bean sprouts and wood ear mushrooms is lacking, and I think the amount of butter 🧈 in the miso butter ramen 🍜 is too small. Ramen is a popular food, so you need to put in the effort to make it feel satisfying!

I always come here when I eat ramen around here. There are three types of soup to choose from: miso, salt, and soy sauce. Sometimes I think about ordering a different aji, but end up ordering the miso butter flavor. The richness and flavor created by the tangy peppery miso soup and melted butter is exquisite. It also goes great with salty rice balls. I'm also happy that the parking lot has recently been expanded, making it easier to get to.
