Location is prime, capsules are very nice and clean. You get new towels every day and can ask them to change the sheets too. There are two showers and toilets per floor which get cleaned every day. There is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and slippers available. If you close the capsule although its cloth it does shed away quite some noise - better than in a hostel for example. You don‘t have too much storage space (small luggage just about fits) but you can give the 24h staff your luggage at no extra expense.

Could not imagine a better hostel to stay for my trip to Tokyo! It is in the perfect area in Shibuya for the perfect price. It is very close to shopping, great restaurants, and the metro station. The rooms are squeaky clean and the bathroom is spacious and is empty for most of the day (except for the early morning when people are getting ready to leave). There is plenty of space to store your suitcase or bags in locked cabinets and if you have a larger bag it is perfectly safe to leave it out. I am very grateful that I had the option to stay on a women’s only floor since I was solo traveling and was a bit nervous - I felt safe the entire time I was there! My only complaints would be the capsules get very warm and I wish the fan was more powerful as I prefer to sleep when it is cold. People would open the windows during the day / night to help with the heat which helped. I also was unable to get hot water to work in the showers so it was very very cold. If I get lucky enough to come back to Tokyo - I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The hotel experience was very good the lady desk/front was up till late she helped with finding the place . The cafeteria is let's be nice and say not good The coffee ☕ was not really coffee didn't feel anything. The sandwich whatever was was cold cold and the bread was pretty old and over priced together with the fee. Most of the guests there they went outside to buy breakfast in combini

It has everything you expect from a hostel. Friendly check-in, a capsule bed with all features such as AC, light, coat hangers, inside and outside lockers, towels and many more. It was a very enjoyable night and I definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to have a clean and organized hostel which is located in Shibuya.

The bed space is perfect for me, good thing that it comes with your personal lockers (inside the pod and infront) Unfortunately if you book for a mix room the women's Toilet and Bath is on the 4th and 5th floor. My pod is on the 2nd floor. It's a hustle to go up in the middle of the night to pee, although they have elevator. I had allergic rhinitis on my 1st night of stay, not sure if its because of the air condition on our floor or because of the weather. Hope they provide air purifier and clean their ventilation.
