When I say this has been my favorite hotel on my trip so far I mean this. Every single detail has been carefully thought of and curated for a beautiful experience. Not only is it Disney themed but the Japanese hospitality is unmatched. They have thought of everything. There are many amenities such as massage services in your room that go until 3 am. They have several restaurants in the hotel (make a reservation they fill up fast). We arrived hours before check in time and they have a luggage service so they deliver your luggage in your room while you go to the park free of charge. There is a bus shuttle to and from the park free of charge. There is a souvenir store inside the hotel with a few exclusive hotel merchandise. We were also upgraded to a themed room for only ¥4000 more. We were on the ambassador floor which gave us access to the lounge. Many of the staff speak English and if not they have translators. The staff that only spoke a little English were still VERY helpful. I loved this hotel and will definitely come back again.

Great room for family. We stay in Mickey's room and Donald's room. We love the details of the room. For Mickey's room, breakfast and lounge is included. They provide a bus to Disneyland and Disney sea that is very comfortable. And you also get the early ticket to get into Disneyland 30 minutes earlier than others.

Staying at the magical Disney! From the time you step in, you are sweep into the Disney magic! Smooth check in plus the ability to enter the park 15 minute prior to park opening makes a huge difference! The room were dated and most signage in Japanese however it's Disney and you forget all about that and enjoy all the Disney perks (Disney toothbrush, slippers, cups etc) Complimentary buses to from each park helps a lot especially if you are leaving when the park is closing and have your very own pick yo and drop off point - makes you feel like a vip. So convenient when travelling with children! Recommend to stay for a night at least !

It was our first time staying at a Disney hotel as a family. Arrived into Tokyo relatively early morning so we ere too early for check-in. Staff was attentive and offered to hold out luggage for us. Room we booked was a themed room and it was a perfect room for 3 of us. Had children amenities provided in the room including slippers and toothbrushes. I loved the complimentary fold out shopping totes, they were really handy when heading out. There's a convenience shop just downstairs which was great. Restaurants especially "Chef Mickey" is busy so booking days in advance is necessary (we missed out). Room service menu is limited and our room a little dated (requires some renovations. Staff from all spectrums are very helpful and friendly. I also love the check-out at the end where staff take a photo with your family for a small souvenir (this was very special).

1. Overall, the stay was satisfactory. 2. The luggage transfer service between official and Disney hotels is excellent. Luggage can be transferred for free between these hotels (except for the Celebrity), and it is conveniently placed in the room upon return from the park. 3. I did not opt for any food service as all meals were taken in Disneyland/Sea. The convenience store near the lobby, open from 6am to 12pm, offers essential items such as milk, yogurt, tea, soft drinks, instant noodles, rice balls, crackers, chips, beef jerky, and ice cream, catering to those who do not require full meals. My only complaint is: The toilet bowl in our room was missing its cover. I am unsure if this is a standard across all rooms or specific to ours. It was surprising to encounter a toilet bowl without a cover in a hotel, as I have only seen this in some public toilets in the US and China. It is scientifically proven that germs can spread if the toilet is used without a cover, so I was disappointed to find this in a Disney 4 or 5-star hotel.
