A skewered izakaya restaurant that has been a local favorite for a long time. All of the staff members are very energetic and I am very impressed with how they serve customers with so much energy. There is a wide variety of chicken dishes including skewers, but you can also try the Mouka no Hoshi, which you can probably only find here in the neighborhood, and Kyushu beef offal hotpot, which is not pork offal. Every month, we always prepare 3 to 4 recommended menu items to ensure that our customers never get bored. I always order the chicken tataki covered in green onions as my first order and it's the best to go with beer.

Hinaya-san. It's been a while since I visited. 1 minute walk from Yachimata Station Since I was alone this time, I went to the counter for the first time. I was guided. I didn't know they had counter seats. With this, you can drink with confidence even if you come alone. The staff at the store are friendly and if you talk to them, you can have a conversation. You can enjoy it. When I looked around, I saw customers in their 20s and 30s. There were many people enjoying the lively and delicious food. It's actually delicious (lol) Now, this appetizer is a rich chicken stock. When I first visited, why was there a choko on the table? I had doubts. I guess it was left there for you to receive a gift (lol) As the name Hinaya suggests, the main cuisine is chicken dishes. Although it is small overall, the owner's thoughts are reflected in it. There is also a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. I'm a beer person, so today I just had beer. (One draft beer costs 280 yen) Overall the price is reasonable though I have high aspirations for cooking and customer service. If you can't decide which izakaya to go to nearby, stop by once. Stayed for a little over 3 hours Yakitori is delicious Even better if you have Ochazuke or something ⭕️ Well, it depends on your preference. Both the hotpot and liver were delicious! There’s only one thing I’m curious about 🫣 The men's toilet (morning glory) is in front, There is a private toilet in the back. Women use private toilets. A man was using morning glory and encountered it~ I'm sure we noticed each other. If I was drunk, wouldn't it bother me? I think it's best to go when they're not around. Well, are you keeping an eye on the toilet? That's what I think. Also, it was interesting! A toy that makes a boo when you press the yellow chicken. I'll call the store clerk. Even other people were ringing, so I was saying things like, ``It's happening over there, too.'' The clerk takes the order without hesitation. What's the difference between buzzing here and there? Can you tell the difference based on the position of the sound? I thought it was an interesting and innovative idea! The clerk was very nice and it was easy to ask questions. My recent favorite store. Anyway, the chicken liver here is excellent! ! Highly recommended for liver lovers. It's a conscientious shop where you can drink all you want ^^b *Note: On Saturdays and Sundays, it is basically limited to 3 hours and seats are charged, so those who want to stay for a long time should be careful ^^

The yakitori served was cold. This is the first time I've eaten cold yakitori when eating out. I came here for a family celebration, but I felt very sad. I ordered sashimi, but it took over 45 minutes from ordering.
