Stayed for 9 days during the quarantine after returning to Japan. Good location, rooms are clean. Can not judge hotel service due to quarantine rules applied.

It's a new and beautiful hotel. I went there by car, but there was a coin parking lot in front of the hotel, so I didn't have to worry even when it was full. I think it's a long walk from the station. The room is relatively large and comfortable. I ordered breakfast, but there were a lot of items. It would be even better if the price was a little lower.

I stayed for 2 nights on business with breakfast included. There were no pajamas in the room, but there were pajamas and yukatas in front of the elevator on each floor, and you could bring your own whichever you liked. There are regular pillows on the bed, but there are also memory foam pillows and cushions in front of the elevator, which I was able to choose from. The memory foam pillows seem to be popular, and when I checked in around 4:30 pm, there was only one left. It was not replenished after that. The bathroom was a little small. When I sat on the toilet, there wasn't much space between my knees and the wall. It might be tough for men. It was a toilet washlet, but there was no water. I was surprised because the water wasn't hot. Amenities are not provided in the room and must be brought from the lobby. There were no cosmetics related items. A Sharp air purifier was also installed. Free Wi-Fi is available in the room. There was also a wired LAN cable. Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet. The menu was also extensive. You can also enjoy bokkake and sobameshi, which are unique to Kobe.
