Ramen restaurant • 3-6 Hanedaasahichō, Ota City, Tokyo 144-0042, Japan
This small ramen shop nestled in a residential area of Haneda in Ota-ku, Tokyo, is a true hidden gem. The cozy shop with about 7 seats at the counter is enveloped in a warm atmosphere created by the female owner-operator.
The proudly presented item is the special thick chicken bone soy sauce ramen with rich chicken broth. The thick white broth clings well to the straight thin noodles. The flavorful soup with a strong chicken taste, combined with the sweetness of onions, creates an elegant taste.
The ingredients also have high value, with two types of chashu (chicken breast and pork belly) and tsukune, providing a satisfying meal. The refreshing aftertaste adds to the attractiveness of the dish.
Other menu items include Chuka Soba (Kyoto bonito × Hinai-jidori chicken), but personally, I recommend the rich chicken white broth. Additionally, rice dishes such as the mini chashu rice bowl are popular and should not be underestimated.
The shop offers an unlimited stamp card, making it more appealing as you visit frequently. The small shop is always bustling, so it's best to allow some extra time when visiting.
