Ramen restaurant • 959-1 Ōwada Shinden, Yachiyo, Chiba 276-0046, Japan
On a weekday afternoon, I visited the ramen shop 'Yokohama-style ramen Miyazato-ya' in Yachiyo City. It's a popular restaurant with long queues even before it opens. However, I was able to enter without waiting, as I visited alone.
As I stepped into the restaurant, I was surrounded by a lively atmosphere. I purchased a meal ticket, and the ramen was served in about 10 minutes. I ordered the 'Jumbo Ramen'.
The ramen, filled with various toppings and the aroma of smoky char siu, stimulates the appetite. With each mouthful, the rich soup and crispy spinach spread throughout the mouth, making it a delightful experience.
What's even more delightful is the free rice and pickles service. The rice complements the rich ramen perfectly, and the curly thick noodles go well with the soup, while the large pieces of char siu are also outstanding.
The restaurant has both counter and table seats, making it suitable for families and groups. The calm atmosphere allows families to enjoy their meal without any hesitation.
What's most impressive is the friendly service provided by the staff. Their cheerful and energetic customer service alone deserves high praise.
This ramen can truly be called the pinnacle of Yokohama-style ramen. From the soup to the char siu and noodles, everything is splendid. The reasonable prices are also appealing.
