When you enter the store, you will find homemade noodles and student discounts.
This is a shop that is very passionate about research and full of hospitality.
I visited her on my way home from work.
Probably because of the student discount, there were a lot of families.
Due to rising prices in stores,
Price increase. . . .
Although it says,
The discounted prices are really disappointing for students.
What I ordered on the day I visited was:
Seafood soy sauce ramen boiled egg topping 1070 yen
The default is
Beautiful rare chashu,
Beautiful shape of straight noodles.
And dark soy sauce with shiitake mushrooms and sardines.
The Japanese soup stock has a strong aroma ☆彡
The rich soup has a punch of seafood,
Very delicious soup and noodles ❤️
Rare char siu with onion topping,
Excellent compatibility,
It was very delicious☆彡
I ordered it the next day,
Signboard menu
Daisen wheat soupless dandan noodles.
You can choose from various spiciness levels,
Because I like spicy food,
I asked for spiciness level 2.
Wearing a paper apron,
When the rice bowl is served,
As said,
Mix about 20 times,
Add garlic,
I got a bite (o^^o)
The noodles are smooth and flat.
The soup packs a punch of spiciness and flavor ♡
Even with spiciness level 2,
It's quite painful lol
Maybe it's because the noodles are so refreshing and delicious.
Overall, I thought it was an elegant soup-less Dandan noodles.
I got hooked on it when I was in Kansai.
I suddenly remembered Yamahide-san's soupless dandan noodles.
Firmly voluminous,
Futaro's Dandan noodles are also popular.
Understood☆彡
personally,
The seafood soy sauce was so delicious (o^^o)
What is noteworthy is the level of boiled eggs.
The semi-ripened state of the gold,
The flavor was so delicious ♡
Thank you for the meal☆彡
Please read until the end.
Thank you very much☆彡
thanks

I came here for the first time in a while to eat soupless dandan noodles. Soupless Dandan noodles 3 spicy @900
I was told to mix it well, so I rotated it 20 times and took a bite, 3 spiciness, but it wasn't spicy enough. I poured a lot of Hua Jiao on it. Hemp (Ma, Japanese pepper numbness)
Chili (spicy of chili pepper)
The spiciness and sweetness of the sweet noodle sauce combine for the best stimulation. delicious.
I also like the mini rice (free of charge) with the leftover ingredients.
I think I can go with 4 spiciness. I arrived 5 minutes before opening and there was no one in line. However, within 15 minutes of opening, the restaurant was almost full.
I received the Seafood Soy Sauce Grilled Pork @1030. Straight thin noodles with a strong seafood smell and taste. It was delicious. We were also provided with paper aprons. The female staff were also very kind and nice ❗️
Minseok Choi
I had Shirunashi (no broth) Dantanmen (Omori-Daejja 1000 yen). As a side, I chose two pieces of Japanese Yuringi (油淋鶏), which were quite large (250 yen per piece). They say it's about 100g each. In my opinion, 2 cara (辛) would be mild Jin Ramyun, 3 cara would be spicy, and 4 cara would be Shin Ramyun. The owner said he doesn't know because he's never had Korean ramen before. When I ordered 2 karas, the salty taste was a bit strong, so I sprinkled some chili pepper, pepper, and red pepper powder and mixed it well (the store instructs me to mix it well about 20 times). It was well balanced and slightly spicy. When you ask for rice after eating all the noodles, they give you a small bowl of rice. When you mix it with the remaining sauce, you get the feeling that the owner of this restaurant knows good taste. I think many Korean speakers know how delicious it is to mix rice with this sauce. I really enjoyed the meal. They say they are closed every Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays, and the last order is at 13:45 for lunch and 21:45 for dinner, so please make sure to plan accordingly. I ate there for lunch, but it appears to be a popular restaurant for office workers. The store is not big, but there are a lot of people.

I visited this place when I was staying at a hotel in this area on a business trip. I've eaten at most of the ramen restaurants within walking distance around the station, but I think this one is the best.
The most recommended dish is probably the soupless dandan noodles, but the seafood ramen is also high quality and delicious.
You can choose the level of spiciness without soup, but even 1 is quite spicy, so 1 was about the limit for me as I don't like spiciness. If you mix it well and slurp the noodles, the flavor of sesame seeds and spices will hit your nose and make you feel good. The complimentary rice that you can add to the leftover sauce is also very filling, so you can be quite satisfied with just one order.
Shoyu ramen has a strong soup with seafood (mainly dried sardines) that gives it a strong flavor. It's a little different from the delicate Chinese noodles, but it packs a punch and is delicious as well. Although it seems like the toppings are a bit lacking in compatibility, the noodles go well with the soup.
It seems to be quite crowded during the evening opening hours. There are a lot of young customers, like students, so if you want a hearty meal, it might be a good idea to open a little later.
