"Strong yet well-balanced ramen."
I am from outside the prefecture. I came looking for beef bone ramen on an expedition to Mt.
It had a strong bite from the first bite to the middle, and the noodles had a good firmness and flavor that made it easy to finish. However, since it's a delicious ramen shop, I feel that the second half is more flavorful. I feel like I'm stuck in a cycle where I can't forget the first impression and want to eat there again.
However, I cannot compare it with other restaurants, but the clear soup is appetizing.
Please let me come again.

I visited again for the first time in a while when I was passing by. I ordered beef bone ramen with extra green onion topping. It had a consistent taste and was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

There's a ramen shop that I'm always curious about every time I pass by it for work, but I always forget to go to it.
When my favorite place was closed, I suddenly remembered and stopped by.
I wish I had come to the conclusion sooner!
The first time I had the chinese soup stock ramen, I felt it was a little bland, but the soup stock had a strong effect, so I was satisfied.
The second time was Fukuichi Black Ramen, which is similar to Toyama Black!
The soup stock was thick, so the ramen was rich, aromatic, and delicious without being overpowered by the soy sauce.
The fried chicken on the side menu was large, juicy, and delicious, but the gyoza was not good. I feel like there's a lot of water in the ingredients. Did I forget to squeeze it?
There are still many different types so I won't be going back for a while.
This is a store that I can definitely recommend with confidence!
Next we will try the classic beef bone ramen and fried rice ♡

I like beef bone ramen, but the taste here was not to my liking, and there was some unpleasant behavior towards me as a customer. Why do you say such high-pressure things?
I don't think I'll go again.

I had beef bone ramen for the first time.
Although the color of the soup is different, it looks similar to Hiroshima ramen.
I don't know if the thin wavy noodles are due to the hard boiling or if it's a characteristic of this area, but they have a slightly chewy texture that makes them unique.
I feel like the Hiroshima ramen I had before was also like this.
Beef bone soup is delicious!
It doesn't smell like beef, so much so that you wouldn't know it was beef bone soup unless you were told, and would think it was just regular chicken soup.
Although the salt content is a little high, the flavor of the soup stock is even stronger.
I love old-fashioned chashu.
If I didn't have a companion, I think I would have added white rice.
The menma I ordered as a topping was crunchy.
The thin bean sprouts found in Hiroshima ramen go well with the noodles.
The beef bone ramen seems to be a local ramen around here, but I wanted to come here on a ramen expedition instead of on a business trip.
