Recently reopened after extensive remodeling. Considering how long it was closed, I expected more improvements. Has an unusually large collection of English books, though Suginami City does distribute some of the English books at the branches. My recollection is that the English books that used to be on the first floor, but now they're in a kind of isolated place on the second floor.

I've been at the Central Library since the renovation. Inside the building was brighter than ever. The study desk has been installed on the first flower. It's convenient and comfortable. If you want to study here, you have to arrive early in the morning. These seats are limited to COVID-19. The café opened at the first flower. The menus are not so many, but the atmosphere is nice. You can relax at the café. It's a nice café with a book to read.
